Victoria passed her first year at university!
We were so excited to learn that Victoria successfully passed her first year at university in Ghana! We received her grades early last week and couldn't be prouder of her hard work. Her dream of becoming a Deaf teacher will soon be realized!! Thank you, all of you, for your support and love in her behalf. These scholarships wouldn't exist without your support! - Destiny #GhanaDeaf #deafcommunityinGhana #VictoriaAggrey #TheDeafDream #DeafDreamer #Deafscholarships #Deafcolleges

Victoria Passed All Her Classes!
Wanted to pass along the good news ASAP! I found out yesterday that Victoria not only survived her first semester of college, but passed all of her classes! It was her first semester of university and she passed with flying colors! I know it's a quick update, but I knew you'd all love to hear! She needs assistance with $250 for her school books and other supplies for this upcoming semester. Please consider donating to help her along. Destiny #GhanaDeaf #VictoriaAggrey #TheDea

Victoria has started her 2nd Semester!
I just received an email from Victoria's mentor, Emmanuel, who says that she completed her first college exams and will now start her second semester at Presbyterian College of Education! Victoria went to her first day of college!
Victoria, our Deaf Dreamer in Ghana, attended her first day of college this month at Presbyterian College of Education. I knew you'd love these photos! :) Isn't this a wonderful miracle!? Victoria is officially admitted into Presbyterian College of Education in Akropong, Ghana!
I am crying for joy this morning. I just opened an email from Emmanuel, Victoria's guardian, who sent me the most wonderful picture of Victoria and the following letter. This is really happening!! Victoria is now officially admitted into Presbyterian College of Education in Akropong, Ghana. Every step of this process over the last year has needed prayers (and crossed fingers). As you can tell from the letter below - untold hours have been invested by Victoria, Emmanuel, and S

Victoria's Team Unable to Get Visas
Sad news to report. Even though most of the team was able to get their passports and visas, some were not and so the Ghanaian team (lead by our Deaf Dreamer, Victoria Aggrey) was unable to go to Gallaudet University for the international deaf volleyball tournament. I am sure Victoria is devastated with the change of plans. I am still hopeful that she will be able to participate in future competitions, but for now - keep her in your prayers and thoughts! On a happier note, we

Victoria Selected for Ghana National Deaf Volleyball Team!
I just found out that our Deaf Dreamer, Victoria Aggrey, has been selected as team captain for the Ghana National Deaf Volleyball team. They will be competing in a tournament at Gallaudet University in July! Way to go, Victoria!! [Victoria is second from the left in this photo.] The joy for me is knowing that she will be able to see the Deaf community at it's best at Gallaudet and take that vision home to her Deaf community in Ghana. This will be much more than a sport event

[VIDEO] Ghana Deaf Dreamer: Victoria Aggrey
My friend working in Ghanaian Deaf schools this last year has helped us locate our next possible Deaf Dreamer, Victoria Aggrey. I absolutely loved Victoria's video submission so I thought I'd share it with everyone. :) Victoria is absolutely passionate about learning. After both of her parents passed away, one of her teachers at school, Emmanuel, saw her enthusiasm and decided to support the rest of Victoria's primary education. If not for his financial support, she would hav
